EML4-ALK融合基因与非小细胞肺癌研究新进展 被引量:5

摘要 肺癌是目前中国恶性肿瘤中发病率、死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,因肺癌发病隐匿,从基因突变到肿瘤瘤体形成经历了漫长的发病过程,然而在此病发病早期,由于缺乏典型的临床表现及不适,使得非小细胞肺癌往往在晚期得以确诊,传统的以铂类为主的一线化疗由于不良反应大、化疗后耐药进展、患者无法耐受化疗等众多因素的影响而使疗效进入平台期,近十年来随着基因分子生物学突飞猛进的发展,精准医学治疗思维的影响,以肿瘤发病机制为契机及肿瘤精准靶向治疗的问世和研究,非小细胞肺癌的基因精准靶向治疗快速发展,近年来研究证实棘皮动物微管相关蛋白样4(echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4,EML4)/间变淋巴瘤激酶(anaplastic lymphoma kinase,ALK)融合基因是仅次于表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的又一参与非小细胞肺癌发病的主要基因。我们就EML4-ALK融合基因突变与非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell carcinoma,NSCLC)的最新研究做一综述。
