摘要
新型橡胶浮置板轨道采用易于更换、便于维修的橡胶隔振器结构,解决了传统橡胶浮置板轨道调整能力差、橡胶弹性垫层难以检修、更换的问题,并已在深圳地铁11号线试铺。为了更好地掌握其安全性能,对试铺的新型橡胶浮置板轨道及过渡段轨道开展了轨道动态位移及轮轨力测试研究。研究结果表明,试铺轨道的动态垂向位移、脱轨系数、轮重减载率等安全性指标均能满足相关规范要求,安全性能较好。
The new rubber floating slab track solves rubber components replacing problem and track regulation problem of traditional one by using easy-replacing rubber vibration isolators.It was experimentally constructed on Shenzhen Metro line No.11 recently.Some tests on the new track dynamic displacement and wheel-rail force were carried out to explore its safety performance.Test results show that the safety performance indexes such as track dynamic vertical displacement,derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,etc.are able to meet the requirements of relative codes and rules. Its safety performance is good.
