摘要
以碱式碳酸镍为原料,采用热分解法制备氧化亚镍(NiO)粉末。应用XRD和SEM分别对NiO晶体结构和形貌进行分析,系统研究了热分解温度、分解时间和压力对氧化亚镍晶体结构、粒径和形貌的影响规律。结果表明:碱式碳酸镍热分解温度越高,分解时间越长,系统压力越小,产物NiO结晶越完整,NiO的颗粒粒径越大。低温热分解过程中会有Ni_2O_3出现,但压力降低有利于减少N_i2O_3的生成。当压力为1 k Pa、热解温度为573 K、热解时间为1 h时,得到的NiO为无规则形状,结晶完整,纯度较高,其颗粒粒径为1~4μm。
Nickel oxide(NiO) powder was prepared by thermal decomposition and with basic nickel carbonate as raw material.The crystal structure and morphology of nickel oxide were analyzed by XRD and SEM,respectively.The influence law of thermal decomposition temperature,decomposition time and pressure on the crystal structure,particle size and morphology of the nickel oxide was systematically studied.The results showed that the higher the thermal decomposition temperature,the longer the decomposition time and the smaller the system pressure,the more complete the product was,and the larger the particle size.In the process of low temperature pyrolysis,Ni2O3 was present and the decrease of pressure could reduce the production of Ni2O3.When the pressure was 1 k Pa,the thermal decomposition temperature was 573 K and the decomposition time was 1 h,the NiO was in irregular shape,with crystalline integrity,high purity and the particle size of 1-4 μm.
