摘要
随着新农村建设的逐步推进,我国农业正在进行一次巨变的改变:从传统向现代的转变。农民个体行为和总体行为受到国家政策、个人收入、受教育程度以及市场和环境等因素的影响产生很大的改变。想深入了解农民行为改变的原因,掌握其变化的规律,降低其行为变化的阻力,提升转变的质量,就要通过提升农民文化素质水平,帮助农民改进自我和改善环境,正确引导其行为的改变。
