摘要
介绍5种制氢装置:包括化石燃料制氢,富氢气体制氢,甲醇制氢,水解制氢,生物质制氢。从工艺过程、生产成本、经济性、环保和资源利用等方面,比较这5种制氢装置的优缺点。内蒙古三联化工集团根据自身地理位置及电价优势,选用了电解水制氢方法。比较电解水制氢的3种方法——碱性电解水电解氢、固体聚合物电解水制氢、高温固体氧化物电解水制氢——的优势和劣势,选用碱性电解水解制氢方案。详细介绍碱性电解水解制氢的主要设备和工艺流程。装置已经平稳安全运行3个月,每天可创造经济效益5.56万元,3.5个月可收回全部投资。
Five kinds of hydrogen production unit are introduced : hydrogen production from fossil fuels, hydrogen production from hydrogen rich gas, hydrogen production from methanol, electrolysis of water, and hydrogen production from biomass. The advantages and disadvantages of the 5 kinds of hydrogen production unit are compared from the aspects of technological process, production cost, economy, environmental protection and resource utilization. Inner Mongolia Sanlian Chemical Group has chosen the method of water electrolysis for hydrogen production according to its geographical location and electricity price advantage. The advantages and disadvantages of 3 kinds of water electrolysis method for hydrogen production, i. e. electrolysis of alkaline electrolytic water , solid polymer electrolysis water, and high temperature solid oxide electrolysis water, are compared. Electrolysis of alkaline electrolytic water is selected. The main equipment and process flow of alkaline electrolytic water electrolysis for hydrogen production are introduced in detail. The unit has been running safely and stably for 3 months, creating economic benefits of 55.6 thousand yuan every day. All the investment will be recouped in 3.5 months.
