摘要
目的:分析自由体位分娩在产科的护理应用效果。方法:本院将2014年2月至2015年3月收治的60例产妇分组为A组、B组,各30例,A组予以传统护理,B组于A组基础上予以自由体位娩,并观察2组产妇的妊娠结局。结果:B组产妇的分娩方式优于A组,且产妇、新生儿并发症情况亦优于A组,P<0.05。结论:自由体位分娩在产科的护理应用效果显著。
To analyze the effect of free placement in obstetric care. Methods： The hospital will be in February 2014 to March 2015 treatment of 60 cases of obstetric group A group, B group, 30 cases, A group of traditional care, B group to free body de- livery, and observe the outcome of 2 groups of pregnancy. Results： The delivery mode of maternal group was better than that of group A, and the complication rate of maternal and neonatal patients was better than that of group A, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： Free body placement in obstetric care application effect is remarkable.
