摘要
为了改善传统低压铸造机生产过程中遇到的一系列问题,对低压铸造机的结构和控制进行升级,以西门子的EM253定位模块为基础完成了龙门式低压铸造机定位控制的研究。理论探究和实际试验证实该研究的可行性和科学性,对实际生产的自主升级有一定的积极影响。
In order to overcome a series of problems in the production process of traditional low pressure casting machine,the structure of low-pressure casting machine and control were further upgraded. On the basis of Siemens EM253 positioning module,the gantry type low-pressure casting machine positioning control study was completed. The theoretical exploration and practical experiment confirm the feasibility and scientific nature of the research. It has a positive impact on independent upgrade of actual production.
