摘要
详述了某款发电机在整车耐久腐蚀试验中频繁失效的现象,从发电机的失效现象分析了潜在失效原因,跟踪了发电机在整车试验中的温升情况,并设计了发电机盐水侵入台架试验,对比了两个试验的试验结果和失效发电机拆解情况。结果表明:发电机在盐水入侵的工况下,其失效原因是整流桥短路。最后,给出了防止发电机此类失效的优化方法建议,并针对发电机的试验认证方式给出了建议。
The phenomenon of one generator often failed in durability test with corrosion was described. From the failure phenomenon,primary root cause was analyzed. The temperature of the generator was followed. Based on the vehicle driving conditions,a new bench test about salty water incursion was designed. The failed generator and the two test results were compared. The conclusion is that under salty water incursion condition,the failure cause is short circuit of the rectifying bridge. At last,optimization suggestions for the generator were given and the reference of the validation method was suggested.
