摘要
为了消除钢管对摆动托辊的冲击,避免多工位控制沟通不畅造成误操作的问题,分析了管端修磨工位的布置及工作流程中存在的问题,并指出了问题产生的原因。根据分析结果提出了3种解决方案,通过对施工成本及难度等方面的对比,最终确定了在管端修磨工位前增加挡拨料装置方案。应用表明,该方案有效解决了目前存在的问题,显著降低了设备故障率,实现了对操作人员的安全保护。
In order to eliminate the impact of steel pipe on swinging roller and avoid misoperation caused by multi-station control and communication issues, the problems of pipe end grinding station layout and workflow were analyzed, and the reasons were figured out. According to the analysis results, three solytions were proposed, the solution of adding material stop device at pipe end Grinding station was determined by comparison of construction cost and difficulty. The application showed that, the solution could solve the problems effectively, decrease equipment failure rate significantly, and improve the security of operating personnel.
