摘要
目前,国内普通液压支架普遍存在结构复杂、采高变化小、适应性差的情况,难以满足经济性要求。从液压支架机构方面进行创新设计,新型液压支架采用曲柄滑块机构与剪叉机构复合的新机构取代现有四连杆机构,使液压支架适应采高变化能力得到提升,同时降低了生产成本,具有良好的适用性和经济性。
At present,the common hydraulic support in China is very difficult to meet the economic requirements,innovative design from hydraulic support mechanism,the new type hydraulic support is used to replace the existing four-bar linkage mechanism with the new mechanism of the crank-slider mechanism and the cutting fork mechanism. The hydraulic support can be improved by adapting to the high change ability,and the production cost has been reduced,and it has good applicability and economy.
