摘要
航空飞行器发动机的滑油压力过低,会导致飞行过程故障,缩短航空器寿命。对飞行器发动机的滑油压力故障的检测,需要计算发动机回归模型的输出权值,得到滑油压力故障输入的预测值,完成滑油压力过低故障的检测。传统方法对滑油压力故障样本进行学习,得到最优决策函数,但忽略了对滑油压力故障的预测值求取,导致故障检测精度偏低。提出基于Im OS-ELM算法的航空飞行器发动机滑油压力故障检测方法,利用若干航空飞行器发动机运行数据计算协方差矩阵的初始值,并利用自适应阈值的判断方法对Mahalanobis距离进行判断,保证航空飞行器发动机滑油压力故障检测检测的实时性。通过计算发动机输出权值,得到航空飞行器发动机滑油压力故障输入的预测值,从而确定检测的误差,提高检测的准确度。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确对航空飞行器发动机滑油压力故障进行检测,且检测的实时性较好。
This paper proposes a fault detection method of aircraft engine oil pressure based on ImOS-ELM algorithm. The operation data of aircraft engine are used to calculate the initial value of covariance matrix, and judgment method of adaptive threshold is used to judge Mahalanobis distance, so as to ensure real-time performance of fault detection of aircraft engine oil pressure. Through the calculation of output weight of engine, the prediction value of fault input is obtained, so as to determine the detection error and improve the accuracy of detection. The Simulation result shows that the proposed method can accurately detect the fault of aircraft engine oil pressure. The real-time performance of detection is good.
