摘要
珠海某化工厂区由于深厚淤泥质软土填石地基承载能力弱、填石层压实度不足、海洋的潮汐作用以及上部各类建构筑物的荷载分布不均,造成厂区建构筑物倾斜、开裂、损坏、脱空等病害现象。在充分考虑既有建筑特点,不影响正常生产安全的条件下,提出高压旋喷微型钢管素混凝土桩基础加固方法,实际工程应用效果较好,可用于类似工程的加固处理。
Due to the weak bearing capacity of the deep silty soft soil rockfill foundation, the insufficient compact-ness of the rockfill layer, the tidal effects of the ocean and the uneven load distribution of buildings, the cracking,damage, emptying and other disease phenomena of the plant building present in a certain chemical plant area in Zhuhai. Based on the full consideration of the characteristics of existing buildings and without affecting the normal production safety, a reinforcing method corresponding to the rotary-spray micro steel pipe concrete pile foundation is proposed. The practical application of the concrete pile does well and can be used for reinforcement treatment of similar projects.
