摘要
目的探讨不同强度运动对慢性复合心理应激下大鼠血清氧化应激的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为正常对照组(CG)、慢性复合心理应激组(PG)、慢性复合心理应激+小强度运动组(PLG)、慢性复合心理应激+中强度运动组(PMG)、慢性复合心理应激+高强度运动组(PHG);除CG组,先按照慢性复合心理应激方案对4组大鼠连续应激30d,建立慢性复合心理应激模型。心理应激的同时按力竭时间的40%、70%和100%分别对PLG组、PMG组、PHG组进行游泳运动,6次/周,共4周。末次运动后,对大鼠实施旷场实验,测定大鼠血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清丙二醛(MDA)。结果与CG组比较,4个模型组大鼠的中央格停留时间均延长(P<0.05),直立次数均减少(P<0.05);PHG组大鼠的中央格停留时间长于PG和PMG组,直立次数少于PG组(P<0.05)。PMG组大鼠的修饰次数多于其他4组(P<0.05)。PG、PLG、PHG组大鼠的MDA水平高于CG组,SOD水平低于CG组(P<0.05)。PHG组大鼠MDA水平高于PG和PMG组,SOD水平低于PG和PMG组(P<0.05)。与CG组比较,PG、PLG、PHG组大鼠的血清IL-6水平均升高(P<0.05),PLG、PMG、PHG组大鼠血清IL-6水平依次降低(P<0.05)。结论慢性复合心理应激促进大鼠炎性因子表达,抑制大鼠抗氧化应激能力,高强度运动加剧这种作用,中等强度运动对慢性复合心理应激下大鼠免疫功能和机体抗氧化应激能力有保护性作用。
Objective To analyze the effects of different intensity exercises on oxidative stress in rats serum under chronic compound psychological stress. Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (CG),chronic compound psychological stress group(PG),chronic compound psychological stress + low intensity exercise group(PLG),chronic compound psychological stress + moderate intensity exercise group (PMG),chronic compound psychological stress + high intensity exercise group(PHG). First, four groups of rats received continuous stress according to the psychological stress program to establish the model for 30 days except for CG. Then,40%,70% and 100% of the time of exhaustion swimming were respectively subjected to PLG, PMG and PHG,6 time per week, a total of 4 weeks. At the last week,rats' Open Field Test, interleukin-6(IL-6),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in serum were measured. Results Compared with CG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged in PG,PLG,PMG,PHG (P〈0.05)and the upright times were decreased in PG,PLG,PMG,PHG(P〈0.05). Compared with PG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged and the upright times were decreased in PHG (P〈0.05),the modification times were increased in PMG(P〈0.05). Compared with PLG, the modification times were increased in PMG(P〈0.05). Compared with PMG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged in PHG (P〈0.05). Compared with CG,the levels of serum SOD were decreased in PG,PLG and PHG (P〈0.05), and the levels of serum MDA were increased in PG,PLG and PHG (P〈0.05). Compared with PG,the level of serum SOD was decreased in PHG(P〈0.05),and the level of serum MDA was increased in PHG (P〈0.05). Compared with PLG,the levels of serum SOD were increased in PMG (P〈0.05),and the levels of serum MDA were decreased in PMG(P〈0.05). Compared with PMG,the level of serum SOD was decreased in PHG (P〈0.05),and the level of serum MDA was increased in PHG(P〈0.05). Compared with CG,the levels of IL-6 were increased in PG and PLG(P〈0.05), the level of IL-6 was decreased in PHG (P〈0.05);Compared with PG,the levels of IL-6 were decreased in PMG and PHG(P〈0.05). Compared with PLG,the levels of IL-6 were decreased in PMG and PHG(P〈0.05). Compared with PMG,the level of IL-6 was decreased in PHG(P〈0.05). Conclusion Chronic compound psychological stress promotes the expression of inflammatory factors and inhibits the ability of anti oxidative stress in rats. High-intensity exercise exacerbates the effect, and moderate-intensity exercise has significant protective effects on immune function and anti-oxidative stress ability,while low-intensity exercise has no significant effects on immune function and anti-oxidative stress ability.
