摘要 本文基于2007~2016年中国物流产业省级面板数据,运用DEA与Malmquist指数模型测算区域物流效率及改善程度,分析其差异性特征及演变动因;通过区域物流效率收敛性研究,探求区域物流效率均衡发展规律及路径。研究表明,物流效率整体水平为0.683,区域物流效率差别显著;进一步分析显示,技术进步成为物流效率提升的核心动力;全国及区域物流效率存在阶段性σ收敛与β收敛,控制变量在区域物流效率收敛过程中作用不尽相同。据此,本文从体制改革、技术推广、区域合作、政府引导、信息共享五方面提出改善区域物流效率、促进物流均衡发展的对策建议。 Based on the provincial panel data of China's logistics industry from 2007 to 2016,this paper use DEA and Malmquist index model to calculate the regional logistics efficiency and degree of improvement,analyzing the differences and evolvement motivation; through the study of regional logistics efficiency convergence,we explore the law and path of the balanced development of regional logistics efficiency. The results show that the overall level of national logistics efficiency is 0. 683,the regional logistics efficiency is significantly different; further analysis shows that technological progress has become the core driving force of logistics efficiency improvement; the national and regional logistics efficiency has stage σ convergence and β convergence; the control variables have different functions in the process of regional logistics efficiency convergence. Accordingly,from the system reform,technology promotion,regional cooperation,government guidance,information sharing five aspects,we propose some suggestions to improve regional logistics efficiency and promote the balanced development of logistics.
