摘要
结合深圳市某项目基坑特点及周边环境,制定了有针对性的监测方案,对桩体深层水平位移、周边沉降、支撑轴力等进行了跟踪监测。监测结果分析表明,基坑变化受土体蠕变、地下水位升降以及基坑边附加荷载等因素综合影响,监测信息为施工期间进行设计优化和合理组织施工提供了可靠的信息,为施工开展提供及时的反馈信息,对施工方案进行优化,缩短施工工期,降低工程造价,提供有效决策依据,确保整个支护体系及周边建筑的安全。
Combined with the characteristics of foundation pit and surrounding environment of a project in Shenzhen,a targeted monitoring scheme was developed,and the horizontal displacement,surrounding settlement and axial force of the pile body were tracked and monitored. The monitoring results show that the change of foundation pit is affected by soil creep,underground water level rise and fall and additional load of foundation pit. The monitoring information provides reliable information for design optimization and reasonable organization of construction during construction,timely feedback information for construction development,optimization of construction scheme,shortening construction period,reducing project cost,providing effective decision basis,and ensuring the safety of the whole support system and surrounding buildings.
