摘要
本文以美国超薄磨耗层TYPE-B级配空隙率要求为基础,OGFC-10级配为原型进行改进,并参考SMA-10高油石比和高矿粉含量的特性,提出了IOGFC-10型级配。最后采用马歇尔试验法对TYPE-B型、IOGFC-10型和OGFC-10型三种级配进行配合比设计,并对其各项路用性能进行测试及比对,结果表明OGFC-10级配的高粘弹混合料不适合用于交通量大和重车多的道路,而IOGFC-10和TYPE-B级配组的高粘弹混合料的各项性能指标均满足规范要求,而且差异性不大。
In this paper,based on the TYPE-B grade void ratio requirement for U. S. ultra-thin wear layers,the OGFC-10 grade is used as a prototype for improvement,and with reference to the characteristics of SMA-10 high tar ratio and high ore content,IOGFC-10 grade is proposed. Finally,the Marshall test method was used to design the mix ratio of the three gradations of TYPE-B,IOGFC-10 and OGFC-10,test and compare its various road performances,shows that the high viscoelastic mixture of the OGFC-10 grading group does not meet the roads for heavy traffic and heavy vehicles,but the performance indicators of the high viscoelastic compound blends of the IOGFC-10 and TYPE-B grades meet the specification requirements,and the differences are not significant.
