摘要
目的探讨慢性疾病轨迹模式护理在结直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的113例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为观察组57例和对照组56例,对照组患者接受常规护理模式,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上行慢性疾病轨迹模式的护理干预,比较两组患者化疗期间护理满意度及不良反应发生情况,评测两组患者化疗期间生活质量。结果观察组患者满意情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗不良反应发生少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性疾病轨迹模式护理能够提高患者生活质量,降低患者化疗期间不良反应发生,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of chronic disease track pattern nursing in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods To select a total of 113 colorectal cancer patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group with 57 cases and control group with 56 cases according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group received routine care. Patients in the observation group were treated with chronic disease track pattern nursing intervention on the treatment of control group. The satisfaction of care and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the chemotherapy period were compared between the two groups. The quality of life of the two groups during chemotherapy was evaluated. Results The patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The chronic disease track pattern nursing can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy. The patients have higher satisfaction during the treatment,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
