摘要
目的探讨柔性管理方案对产科风险事件发生率、护理质量、患者满意度的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的300例产妇作为对照组,采用常规护理;选择2016年2月至2017年2月我院收治的300例产妇作为观察组,实施柔性管理方案。比较两组患者的风险事件发生率、患者满意度及护理质量评分。结果观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),风险事件及时上报率高于对照组(P<0.05),护理差错率、投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05),产妇对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。实施柔性管理方案后本组30名护士在护士护理文书书写、护理安全制度、护理差错事故管理、仪器及抢救药品、急诊抢救护理等方面评分均显著高于柔性管理方案实施前(P<0.05),SCL-90量表的评分低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论将柔性管理运用于临床妇产科的护理管理工作能够有效降低风险事件的发生率,改善护理质量,提高产妇对护理工作的满意度,在培养和谐护患关系、提高整体护理质量方面发挥积极作用。
Objective To explore the influence of flexible management program on incidence of risk events,quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in obstetrics. Methods To select a total of 300 women who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 as the control group and they were treated with routine nursing. A total of 300 women who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group and they were treated with flexible management plan. The incidence of risk events,patient satisfaction,and quality of care scores were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The rate of timely reporting of risk events was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of nursing errors and complaints was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of satisfaction of the puerpera in the nursing work was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the implementation of flexible management program,a total of 30 nurses in this group scored significantly higher than before in terms of nursing care writing,nursing safety system,nursing error accident management,equipment and rescue medicines,and emergency rescue nursing（ P〈0. 05）. However,the score of SCL-90 scale was lower than that before the implementation of flexible management program（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The use of flexible management in clinical obstetrics and gynecology care management can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the quality of care. It also can improve maternal satisfaction with nursing work. Therefore,it plays a positive role in the development of harmonious nurse-patient relationship and improvement of the overall quality of care.
