摘要
自动变速器(AT)的单对齿轮同时参与多个挡位的啮合,在对齿轮进行微观修形以减小传递误差时需要综合考虑多种工况.针对多工况多目标函数,以齿轮微观修形参数为设计变量,通过对比4种优化方法的传递误差结果,设计了适用于多目标多工况的传递误差优化分析方法,并在该方法中集成了灵敏度分析.研究结果能为变速器振动噪声设计提供一定的理论参考.
The gear of automatic transmission engaged with multiple gears.The various working conditions should be considered when modifing the gear to reduce the transmission error.This pa-per focuses on the optimization of multi-target and multi-condition,takes the parameters of gear modifications as design variable,compares the results of the four optimization methods and de-signs a method integrating the sensitivity analysis to optimize the transmission error of multi-tar-get and multi-condition.The research provides a the oretical reference for the design of NVH of automatic transmission.
