摘要
近年来,随着国内外酶制剂市场的快速发展,主流的酶制剂液态发酵方式所存在的弊端日益凸显,越来越多的人尝试采用固态酶制剂发酵方式代替主流的液态发酵,但是由于固态发酵自身的缺陷,并没有得到广泛应用。而随着气相双动态固态发酵(gas double dynamic solid state fermentation,GDSSF)技术的提出,因其新颖的设计理念和独特的发酵方式,发酵规模大、自动化程度高等特点,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。就当下酶制剂发酵现状及研究进展做出论述,并对未来酶制剂发展趋势做出预测。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the market of enzyme preparation at home and abroad, the disadvantages of the current liquid state fermentation(LSF)of enzyme preparation have emerged increasingly.Therefore, an increasing number of people attempted the solid state fermentation(SSF)to replace LSF. However, the SSF failed to be extensively applied in the production of enzyme preparation due to its own vital disadvantages. Nowadays, the gas double dynamic solid state fermentation(GDSSF)has widely been focused by scholars at home and abroad owing to the novel design and unique fermentation, the characteristics of large scale of fermentation and high degree of automation and so on. In this paper, the main work includes illustrating the current situation of enzyme preparation, the research progress, and the trend of developement of enzyme preparation.
