摘要 某公司自卸车矿车车厢原底板厚16mm、侧板厚10mm,对其进行轻量化优化的目标为车厢板使用板厚6mm的Q960。首先利用SolidWorks建立了矿用自卸车车厢的简化模型,接着使用ANSYS对其进行了有限元模拟,将模拟计算结果与材料屈服强度和抗拉强度做对比,证明了车厢轻量化方案的可行性。 In this paper, a model of mine dump truck was set up in ANSYS and simulated in order to analyze the feasibility of lightweight . The original thickness of the bottom plate of the compartment is 16 mm and the side plate is 10 mm. On this basis, Q234 steel has been taken place by Q960, and the thickness of the compartment plate has been reduced to 6 mm. The truck compartment model was simplified in SolidWorks, and the finite element simulation (FES) was put forward by using ANSYS. Comparing the simulation results with the material tensile strength and yield strength, the result shows that the lightweight plan is feasible.
