摘要
针对某型号盘式制动器,应用ABAQUS软件,建立由制动盘、制动支架及两个摩擦块组成的简化有限元模型,通过各零件的自由模态有限元分析,得到各部件的固有频率,并开展其模态的锤击试验,对比验证了简化有限元模型的正确性。基于有效的有限元简化模型和复模态理论,进行复特征值有限元分析,并对比了制动噪声台架试验检测的不稳定频率与有限元分析结果,两者具有较好的一致性。
Focusing on a certain disc brake, the paper established a simplified finite element model (FEM) consist of brake disc, brake support and two friction block, based on ABAQUS software. Performing the finite element analysis (FEA) on free mode of each component, the constant mode of each component was obtained. In addition, the hammer tests on the modes was carried out, by which the correctness of the simplified FEM was compared and verified. On the basis of effective simplified FEM and complex mode method, the FEA on complex eigenvalue was put forward, so that the article obtained the unstable mode of the model and the entire cloud chart of the unstable mode. The obtained figures show that the unstable vibration of the system is caused by the unstable modes, which leads to system unstability, so that the vibration noise occurs.
