摘要
从表面粗糙度、 残余应力、 微观组织等方面, 总结表面完整性对疲劳性能影响的研究进展, 分析表明:表面粗糙度、 残余应力对疲劳性能影响显著; 加工产生的晶粒细化、 高密度位错等有助于提高疲劳寿命.实现疲劳强度和表面完整性的互逆设计是抗疲劳制造的发展方向.
The research progress on the effect of surface integrity on fatigue properties is reviewed in terms of surface roughness, residual stress, microstructures and so on. The analysis indicates that the surface roughness and residual stress have significant influence on fatigue performance. Besides, grain refinement and high-density dislocation produced by machining contribute to fatigue life. Realizing mutual inverse design of fatigue strength and surface integrity is the development direction of antifatigue manufacturing.
