摘要
为适应不同航天型号任务对星载存储器容量和速率的不同要求,提出可配置型Flash阵列存储方案。将4行[×]Y片NAND Flash芯片构成的Flash芯片阵列进行一次封装,并以封装后的结构作为基本单元建立N组[×]M单元的可配置型Flash阵列。为提高存储器结构灵活性和存储单元可复用性,设计单元级的块分配表管理模型,将块分配表的管理缩小到单元;为降低管理复杂度,采用一个文件多个链表的链表生成方式,将文件管理任务分配到各组;为提高存储器可扩展性,采用一个文件多个文件头的目录结构,保证文件数据的连续性和完整性。研究表明,可配置型Flash阵列存储方案可支持不同的速率和容量,并具有较好的灵活性和可复用性。
To satisfy the different demands for the storage capacity and speed of different space mission,a configurable Flash array storage scheme is proposed. Flash chip array which is composed of 4[× ]Y NAND Flash chips is packaged and N[×]M configurable Flash array is constructed using the packaged component. To improve the structural flexibility of storage and reusability of storage cell,a cell level Block Allocation Table management model is designed to reduce the management of Block Allocation
Table to cell;to reduce management complexity,a linked list generation method using one file and several linked list is applied to assigning file management tasks to each team;to improve storage extendibility,a content structural using one file and several file header is adopted to ensure the continuity and integrity of file data. The result shows that configurable Flash array storage scheme is supportable for different speed and capacity and have preferable flexibility and reusability.
