妊娠期孕妇亚临床甲减对妊娠结局的影响分析被引量：6

摘要目的探讨妊娠期孕妇亚临床甲状腺减退对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年2月~2017年2月本院收治的亚临床甲状腺减退妊娠期孕妇58例。按照是否遵医嘱治疗,将其分为A组(遵医嘱治疗)31例、B组(未遵医嘱治疗)27例。C组则为同期到本院体检的正常健康产妇共30例。结果对比三组甲状腺指标和妊娠结局。终止妊娠时,B组促甲状腺激素水平高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组游离甲状腺素水平低于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组妊娠期高血压综合征、早产、贫血、胎儿窘迫、死胎、围产儿低体重发生率均高于A组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期孕妇亚临床甲状腺减退会影响妊娠结局,而孕妇遵医嘱治疗,并密切监测,能减少不良妊娠结局的发生,值得推广应用。
