摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定金兰消炎片(金银花、赤芍、丹参等)中4种成分的含有量。方法该药物80%甲醇提取液的分析采用Wondasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长327、230、286、250 nm。结果绿原酸、芍药苷、丹酚酸B、甘草酸分别在46.48~464.84μg/m L(r=0.999 5)、20.28~202.75μg/m L(r=0.999 1)、12.44~124.35μg/m L(r=0.999 6)、15.09~150.89μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.30%、99.10%、99.38%、100.27%,RSD分别为1.35%、1.37%、1.28%、0.86%。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于金兰消炎片的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Jinlan Xiaoyan Tablets( Lonicerae japonicae Flos,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.). METHODS The analysis of 80% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Wondasil C_(18) column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1. 0 m L/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 327,230,286 and 250 nm. RESULTS Chlorogenic acid,paeoniflorin,salvianolic acid B and glycyrrhizic acid showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 46. 48-464. 84 μg/m L( r = 0. 999 5),20. 28-202. 75 μg/m L( r = 0. 999 1),12. 44-124. 35 μg/m L( r = 0. 999 6) and 15. 09-150. 89 μg/m L( r =0. 999 9),whose average recoveries were 99. 30%,99. 10%,99. 38% and 100. 27% with the RSDs of 1. 35%,1. 37%,1. 28% and 0. 86%,respectively. CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jinlan Xiaoyan Tablets.
