摘要 精密卧式机床整机静动力学特性对其使用寿命及加工性能有重要影响。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS WorkBench对自行设计的精密卧式机床进行了整机静动力学分析。静力分析中,以实际工况为基础添加载荷和约束,得到整机应力和应变分布图,结果验证了整机设计的合理性。动态分析中,通过谐响应分析,得出相同激振力下出现振幅峰值的共振点的频率,再通过模态分析得出这几个频率处的振型,对振型分析得出刚度最薄弱处为立柱。 The finite element analysis of the precision horizontal MC has important influence on its machining performance. According to the spindle structure characteristics of our own designed precision horizontal MC. Through the static analysis, load and constraint are added on the basis of actual working conditions, and obtained the stress and strain distribution diagram of the whole machine, the analysis results verify the rationality of the whole machine design. Through the dynamic analysis, Through the harmonic response analysis, it is concluded that under the same vibration force peak amplitude of the frequency of the resonance point, again through the modal analysis the several frequency vibration mode, the modal analysis it is concluded that the most vulnerable place for column stiffness.
