摘要
习近平在全面建成小康社会和实现中国梦的进程中,在传承马克思主义国家治理思想,汲取我国优秀传统文化中的国家治理智慧,吸取西方政治文明中国家治理的有益经验,深切考量我国国家治理层面诸多问题的基础上,提出了以民生福祉为价值旨归,全面深化改革为强大动力,依法治国为重要抓手,社会主义核心价值体系为思想保证,实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为核心内容的国家治理思想。习近平国家治理思想为我们正确解决我国国家治理领域中的问题指明了方向、提供了根本遵循,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
In the process of comprehensively constructing well-off society and realizing the Chinese dream,on the base of inheriting Marxist national governance thoughts,deriving wisdom from Chinese excellent traditional culture,absorbing the conducive experience of governance from western political civilization,and thoroughly considering many problems of national governance in China,Xi Jin-ping has put forward the national governance thoughts that take the well-being of the people as its value orientation,comprehensively deepening the reform as its powerful motive,ruling the country by law as an important approach,the socialist core value system as the ideological guarantee,and the modernization of the national governance system and the governance capacity as the core content. Xi Jin-ping’s national governance thoughts have pointed out the direction and provide the fundamental guideline for us to solve problems in the field of governance,which have important theoretical significance and practical value.
