摘要
在煤炭开采过程中,有时会遇到冲刷带构造,并对生产造成不利影响;工作面遇到冲刷带时,通常是重新掘进一条切巷,绕过特殊地质构造地段,需要进行一次搬家,时间和经济成本较大;主要采用松动爆破结合采煤机割煤来通过冲刷带;本文论述过冲刷带松动爆破的具体工艺和要求;通过实践证明,采用该方法节约了成本,提高煤炭回收率;具有较好的实践性,可以为类似工作面提供经验借鉴。
In the process of coal mining, the erosion zone structure is sometimes encountered, and it has an adverse impact on production; When the working surface encounters a scour zone, it is usually re-digging into a cut lane and bypassing a special Geological structure area. It is necessary to move once, and the time and economic costs are relatively large. The main use of loose blasting combined with coal mining machine to cut coal through the erosion zone; This paper discusses the specific process and requirements of the loose blasting in the scour zone; It is proved by practice that this method can save cost and improve the recovery rate of coal. It has a good practicability and can provide experience for similar work face.
