摘要
液力耦合器调速型给水泵在火力发电机组中有着较广泛的应用,但是却存在中低速状态下运行效率低的缺点。将液力耦合器调速型给水泵改造为运行效率更高的高压变频器调速型给水泵技术成熟,节能效果显著。对某330 MW发电机组给水泵变频改造的情况进行了总结,详细介绍了改造的技术方案及效果,为开展电动给水泵变频调速改造提供借鉴。
Hydraulic coupler type pump is widely used in thermal power plant, but it has the disadvantages of low efficiency in low speed status. The transformation of hydraulic coupler type pump for high-voltage inverter type water pump technology,higher operation efficiency of mature, energy-saving effect is remarkable. The situation of frequency conversion water supply the pump of a 330 MW power generating unit are summarized, providing reference for carrying out electric water pump frequency conversion transformation.
