摘要
为了满足煤矿排水需要,实现排水系统的可靠性、安全性、实时性、自动运行,以可编程控制器为核心,基于PLC设计了自动化排水系统,系统模块由上位机监控中心、信息模块、数字量输出模块、数字量输入模块、模拟量输入模块组成,研究了可编辑控制器模块的选型、I/O口的分配方法、传感器的选择、PLC接线电路。研究得出:通过系统控制器对信号进行处理,发出控制信号,实现了系统自动排水,对故障进行了声光预警,研究对煤矿自动化安全生产具有重要的意义。
In order to meet the requirements of coal mine drainage,the realization of security and reliability of the drainage system,real-time,automatic operation,based on the programmable controller as the core,adopting PLC,the design of the automatic drainage system,monitoring center,the information system module consists of the upper machine module,digital output module,digital input module,analog input module,studies the selection of programmable controller module,I/O port allocation method,the selection of sensors,PLC connection electric circuit,study:through the system controller for signal processing,signal control,to realize the automatic drainage system on the fault sound-light alarm,research is of great significance to the safe production of coal mine automation.
