摘要
产教深度融合是当前我国职业教育政策的重点,但是协调机制的缺乏使得校企深度合作难以实现。文章利用2016年和2017年全国"企业参与高等职业教育人才培养年度报告"和相关数据,深入分析了企业特征、高职院校特征和区域特征对校企参与高成本合作数量的影响。研究发现,大规模企业、上市企业、私营企业、垄断性行业企业、与高职合作时间较长的企业均更多地参与高成本校企合作;示范性高职参与高成本合作的数量显著较少;处于现代学徒制试点城市的高校平均参与的高成本合作数量更多。这表明区域内的政府协调有助于降低校企合作的交易成本,促成产教深度融合。
Industry-education deep integration is the focal point of China's vocational education policy. However, lack of coordination mechanism makes the cooperation hard to realize. Using 2016 and 2017 Enterprise Report on Involvement in Vocational Education and related database, this study investigates how firm and vocational college characteristics as well as regional factors influence the participation of high-cost cooperation. The results show that large, private firms in monopoly industries are more likely to take part in high-cost cooperation, while national demonstrative colleges have less high-cost cooperation. Colleges in modem apprenticeship pilot cities have a higher number of high-cost cooperation, which implies regional level coordination is likely to lower transaction costs and promote school-firm cooperation.
