摘要
随着风电大规模入网,传统调度模式在弃风消纳方面显示出一定的局限性。利用柔性负荷需求响应作为调度补充,提高风能利用率的研究已成为国内外关注的热点。选取冰蓄冷空调作为研究对象,在负荷聚合商的概念下,分析了受控用户的调度潜力,构建了以低价购置弃风电量为激励,最小化聚合商运行成本为目标的调度模型。算例采用IEEE-33配电系统进行仿真验证,分析用户响应前后聚合商调度潜力及风电出力变化下的调控效果,证明了计及冰蓄冷空调蓄冷潜力,以及在提高受控用户运行经济性、跟踪弃风分布增强系统风电接入能力、优化系统负荷曲线等方面的可行性和有效性。
With the large scale wind power connected intothe power system, traditional scheduling model shows limitations inreducing curtailed wind. Integrating flexible load demand responseinto scheduling modes will improve the utilization efficiency of windpower, which has become a worldwide research hotspot. The ice stor-age air conditioning users were selected as the research object underthe concept of load aggregator. A cold storage system using curtailedwind was put forward, the cold storage potential of users was ana-lyzed and a scheduling model was established which encouraged bythe low price of curtailed wind power and aimed at minimizing therunning cost. The IEEE-33 distribution system was used to make asimulation. Through comparing the scheduling effect before and af-ter response and analysing the change of aggregator scheduling po-tential and the wind power, results show that considering ice storageair conditioning aggregator can effectively improve the operationeconomy of controlled users, track the distribution of curtailed wind,enhance the wind power accessing capability of grid and optimizeload curve.
