摘要
依据高校应用型人才的培养需求,结合《组织行为学》课程特点,分析该课程考核方式改革的必要性,提出考核方式改革的思路,从考核内容、考核方法、评价主体、考核指标等方面进行科学设计。实践证明,该考核方式促进了教学模式改革和学生学习方式的转变,提高了教学质量。
Based on the demand of applied talents cultivation in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the necessity of evaluation mode reform. Combining with the characteristics of organizational behavior course,we propose the idea of reform and related curriculum design from the aspects of testing content, testing methods, evaluation subjects and testing indexes. The Practice has proved that, the upgraded evaluation mode has actually improved teaching quality, through teaching mode reform and the transition of student learning style.
