摘要
生物化学教学实验室在学生自选实验的基础上 ,探索用分光光度法对人体运动前后尿中乳酸含量进行测定。实验得出静止时人体乳酸含量约为 0 .3mmol/ L,剧烈运动后提高 5 0~ 30 0倍的结论 ,具体提高倍数视体个体和运动程度而有所差异 ,运动后休息 2 h左右尿乳酸含量可恢复正常。该实验在本科生教学实验中试做 ,效果良好 ,有利于加深同学们对 Cori循环的理解。
In our teaching lab based on optional experiments for students, a new experiment was designed to determine the quantities of lactic acid in human urine by spectrophotometry before and after exercise. The method for sampling is simple, convenient and accurate. The results show that the concentration of lactic acid in urine when at rest is 0.3 mmol/L and after strenuous exercise the concentration increases by 50 to 300 times which differs according to the difference of the individual subjects and the intensities of exercises. Rest of 2 hours after exercise can make the concentration of lactic acid in urine drop to the normal level. The experiment improved by our lab staff was tested among undergraduates. By deeping the understanding of Cori cycle in students it has a good teaching effect.
