摘要
目的:构建以提升医学生科研能力为导向的卫生统计学课堂教学模式。方法:以授课班级为单位随机分为甲、乙2组,采取交叉设计方法,教学结束后对全体受试对象进行问卷调查和科研数据统计分析能力测试,综合评价传统教学模式与改革教学模式受学生欢迎的程度和学习效果。结果:91%的学生表示更喜欢改革教学模式法;采用改革教学模式的章节其学生的测试平均分高于传统教学模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改革教学模式将卫生统计学理论知识与科研实际应用紧密结合起来,有效地提高了学生的科研应用能力。
Objective:To construct the reformed health statistics teaching method to improve scientific research capacity.Methods:Classes were randomly divided into group A(n=176)and group B(n=174),a crossover design was used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the reformed teaching method and traditional teaching method. Questionnaire survey was conducted to
evaluate whether the reformed teaching method was welcomed by students. Results:The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 91% of students preferred the reformed teaching method(P〈0.01). And the scores of the students received the reformed teaching method were higher than those of the traditional teaching method. Conclusion:The reformed teaching method combines the theoretical knowledge of health statistics with the practical application of scientific research,and effectively improves the students' research and application ability.
