摘要
针对多级(机)站通风系统风机数量多、位置分散、多数风机安装于井下的特点,开展了多级(机)站通风系统反风方法研究。建立了典型的多级(机)站通风系统模型,提出了通风系统反风方法的选择原则,分析了灾害发生于3种不同位置情况下的具体反风减灾实施方案,并针对其中一种方案详细讨论了反风实施操作步骤。分析结果可为采用多级(机)站通风系统的矿山提供安全高效的反风试验操作依据,有助于确保通风系统实现快速、可靠反风。
The number of the ventilators of underground ventilation system with multi-stage( machine) station is too many and they distributed scatteredly,besides that,most of them are installed underground. Aming at the above deficiencies of the underground ventilation system,the inverting air flow method of underground ventilation system with multi-stage( machine) station is studied. The typical ventilation system model with multi-stage( machine) station is established,the selection pricinpal of inverting air flow method of underground ventilation system is proposed,the corresponding implement schemes of inverting air flow and disaster reduction of the three locations where the disasters occurred are analyzed,besides that,the detailed implement steps of inverting air flow of the one of the above schems is discussed.The study results can provide some reliable implement reference for the inverting air flow test of the mine that the underground ventilation system with multi-stage( machine) station is adopted.
