摘要
在我国社会发展进入"新常态"的背景下,城市社区的治理方式需要不断创新,并朝着精准化治理与服务的方向发展。基于对大连市的剖析,本文梳理了新型多元主体互动情景下城市社区治理的绩效和存在的主要问题,认为应当在强化政治引导的基础上鼓励多元主体参与,在整合社会治理资源的基础上实现统筹联动,着力培育城市社区治理的"自治基因",探索建立现代信息技术、大数据与城市社区治理创新的互促机制的路径。
Under the background of ＂new normality＂ of social development in China,the pattern of governance on urban communities needs continuous innovating,and develops towards the direction of precise governance and service. Based on the analysis of Dalian City,this paper sorts out the performance and main problems in urban community governance under the new multi-agent interaction situation,considering that the participation by diversified subjects should be encouraged on the basis of strengthening the political guidance,the overall linkage should be achieved through integrating social governance resources,the autonomous governance concept of city community governance should be fostered,so as to explore the ways of the establishment of mutual promotion mechanism concerning modern information technology,big data and city community governance innovation.
