摘要
利用氧弹量热计测定12种常见食用菌的热值。结果显示:12种食用菌的热值在11.62 kJ/g~21.05 kJ/g之间,试验测定方法简单,操作简便。测定食用菌的热值,为食用菌的进一步综合分析和开发利用提供一定的参考数据。
The calorific value of 12 kinds of edible fungus were measured by an oxygen bomb calorimeter. Theresults showed that the calorific value of 12 kinds of edible fungus was from 11.62 kJ/g to 21.05 kJ/g,and thedetermine method was simple and easy to operate. Determination of calorific value of edible fungus can providedsome reference data for the further comprehensive analysis and utilization of edible fungus.
