绝经后阴道出血妇女行彩超检验结果分析被引量：2

摘要目的:分析彩超检验在绝经后阴道出血疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年至2016年的200例绝经后阴道出血妇女,其中子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜炎、正常子宫内膜各50例,对四组患者彩超检验结果进行回顾性分析。结果:子宫内膜癌组的子宫内膜厚度明显大于其他三组,病灶血流检测到低阻力型(RI<0.4)比例明显高于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);四组患者内膜均匀程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩超对于判断绝经后阴道出血妇女是否存在子宫内膜癌具有重要的诊断参考价值。
