摘要
随着经济全球化和区域一体化进程加快,整合各种运输方式比较优势的多式联运成为世界物流业发展的战略性方向。为提升我国多式联运服务水平,降低我国社会物流成本,在阐述我国多式联运"一单制"概况的基础上,针对我国多式联运"一单制"存在的问题,以多式联运场景下的"一单制"为业务主线,结合云计算、大数据、人工智能等新兴技术,提出我国多式联运"一单制"的构建策略,即统一多式联运"一单制"的规则标准、线上搭建多式联运"一单制"数据框架、线上分步实施多式联运"一单制",为我国多式联运"一单制"的发展提供参考。
With the development of economic globalization and regional integration, multimodal transport, which integrates multiple modes of transport, has been recognized as the future of the logistics industry in the world. To improve the service quality and reduce logistics costs in China's transport industry, the paper reviews the development of the multimodal transport, which highlights the transportation of goods under a single contract, and finds problems of operating this practice in China. Using such emerging technologies as cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, the authors propose a new development strategy for this transport practice under a single contract: setting unified standards for the contract, creating a data framework, and taking steps to launch an online platform. These measures are expected to serve as reference points for the future development of multimodal transport in the country.
