摘要
土壤重金属污染严重影响稻米的质量安全。水稻品种、重金属种类、根际环境及栽培农艺措施等都会影响水稻对重金属的吸收,进而影响稻米中的重金属含量。本文对上述影响稻米重金属吸收的因素进行了综述,并对今后培育和种植低重金属富集水稻提出了展望。
Pollution of heavy metal on soil is the focus for rice quality and safety. The absorption of heavy metals in rice was affected by rice varieties, types of heavy metal, rhizosphere and the cultivation methods and etc. In this review, the factors influencing the ab-sorption of heavy metals mentioned above were summarized, and proposed how to grow and breed good rice with less heavy metal.
