摘要
为了提高微型月季种质资源的利用率,从12个数量性状和8个质量性状对国外引进的微型月季主栽种质资源,进行了表型性状遗传多样性研究。结果表明,微型月季表型性状的种间变异系数为花直径的变异系数(20.61%)最大,侧叶宽变异系数(1.68%)最小;种内变异系数为柄叶数变异系数(15.14%)最大,花瓣长变异系数(4.95%)最小;数量性状的Shannon-weaver多样性信息指数H'在0.852~2.777之间,平均值为1.960。基于20个表型性状数据,将种质资源分为花型、叶型、叶刺、花色等5个不同类型。数量性状的前7个主成分累计方差贡献率达到91.75%,反映的信息与聚类分析和相关分析结果基本一致。花色、花型等经济性状表型性状指标的影响较大,结合相关性分析和主成分分析,20个数量性状可简化为花型、叶型、花色、叶刺等5个主要性状。以上结果为微型月季的资源评价和品种选育提供了重要的物质基础和理论依据。
To improve the utilization rate of miniature rose varieties,we carried out the study on genetic diversity of phenotypic characters of the main miniature rose introduced from foreign countries from 12 quantitative characters and 8 qualitative characters.The results showed that the interspecific variation coefficient of phenotypic traits in miniature rose were as follows:the variation coefficient of flower diameter was the largest(20.61%),and that of the lateral blade was the smallest(1.68%); while for intraspecific variation coefficient,the variation coefficient of stem leaf number was the largest(15.14%),and the variation coefficient of petal length was the smallest(4.95%);the Shannon-weaver H' index was between 0.852 and 2.777,with the average value of 1.960.Based on the data of 20 phenotypic traits,germplasm resources were divided into 5 different types,including flower type,leaf type,leaf thorn,flower color and so on.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first 7 principal components of quantitative characters reached 91.75%,and the information reflected was in agreement with the results of cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Influence of flower color,flower type economic traits phenotypic traits index was larger.Combined with correlation analysis and principal component analysis,20 quantitative traits could be simplified into 5 main characters,such as the flower type,leaf type,leaf thorn and so on.These results could provide important material and theoretical basis for resource evaluation and breeding of miniature rose.
