摘要
随着中美贸易战的规模和涉及领域逐步扩大,我们发现,隐藏在经济与贸易冲突背后的,是综合国力的竞争,是高科技产业的竞争,更是知识产权保护下的自主创新能力的竞争。北京航空航天大学建校以来,始终围绕国家重大战略需求,瞄准核心关键技术,特别是国外严密封锁的尖端技术,自主创新、敢为人先、坚持不懈,走出了一条具有北航特色的科技创新之路。本文通过梳理北航的科技创新发展历程,分析并阐述了以大团队、大平台、大项目和大成果为代表的科技创新"北航模式",探寻自主创新背后的"北航精神",并从国家、企业、高校和科研院所不同角度提出了加强自主创新和知识产权保护的建议。
With gradual escalation of the China-US trade war, it is manifested that the nature of any economic and trade conflict lies in the competition of comprehensive national power, of hi-tech industry, and of the independent innovation capacity protected by intellectual property. Since its founding, Beihang University has been focusing on China＇s national strategic needs and targeting core technology, especially the technologies that have been kept confidential by western countries. Beihang has pioneered its own way of technological innovation with independence and persistence. This article reviews the development of Beihang＇s scientific and technological innovation, elaborates on the ＂Beihang model＂ supported by strong research teams, broad platforms, large projects and leading achievements, and shed light on the ＂Beihang spirit＂ underlying every research advancement. This article also provides suggestions on improving independent innovation and protecting intellectual property for governments, enterprises, higher education institutions and research institutes.
