摘要
目的观察消定膏外敷联合RICE基础疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的74例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为2组,各37例。治疗组予消定膏外敷联合RICE[休息(rest)、冰敷(ice)、加压包扎(compression)、抬高患肢(elevation)]基础疗法治疗,对照组予复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外敷联合RICE基础疗法治疗。比较2组治疗前及治疗第3,6,9,14天的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、踝关节周径差,治疗2周后比较2组的临床疗效。结果与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后第3,6,9,14天VAS评分及踝关节周径差均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度比对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗组优良率为91.9%,对照组为81.1%,2组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消定膏外敷联合RICE基础疗法治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of the external application of Xiaoding Gao combined with RICE basic therapy for acute ankle sprain. Methods 74 cases of acute ankle sprain were randomly divided intotwo groups,37 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the external application of Xiaoding Gao combined with RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) basic therapy, the control group was treated with the external application of compound sodium aescinate gel combined with RICE basic therapy. The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and the ankle circumference difference were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the 3rd,6th,9th and 14th days of treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects of the 2 groups were com- pared.Results Compared with the same group before treatment, the VAS scores and the ankle circumference diffe- rence on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 14th days after treatment were significantly lower in the 2 groups (P〈0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 91.9% ,and that in the control group was 81.1% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The external application of Xiaoding Gao combined with RICE basic therapy is effective in treating acute ankle sprain.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
