摘要 为合理确定露天矿山生产规模,立足行业相关研究现状,结合矿山以往实践经验,从矿业经济学角度出发,根据矿山内外部因素,采用NPV法确定矿山生产规模,并分析其经济性和合理性,通过矿山实例验证应用过程。结果表明,产品价格是影响生产规模最重要的因素,同一矿床的某一规模的产品价格处于一定范围内才能盈利;同一矿床的建设规模与产品价格成正比关系,建设规模越大,价格的敏感度越高。企业在选择矿山生产规模时应合理地选择产品价格区间,并对外部因素如不同规模对应的工程投资等有相对准确的把握。利用NPV法确定经济合理的生产规模,具有很好的科学指导性。 In order to determine the reasonable production scale of open-pit mine,based on the related study status in the field and the mine previous practice experience,according to the internal and external factors of mine,the mine production scale is determined by using NPV method from the perspective of mining economics. Besides that,the economic and rationality of the production scale newly determined in this paper are analyzed,and its application process is discussed. The study results show that,product price is the most important influence factors of production scale,when the price of the product with a certain scale of the same deposit within a certain range,the profit can be obtained; the construction scale of the same deposit is proportional to the product price,the larger the construction scale,the higher the price sensitivity. Product price range should be selected reasonably before the determination of mine production scale,besides that,the external factors such as the engineering investment of different scales should be mastered. The above study results further indicated that scientific guidance can be provided by the economic and rationality production scale determined by NPV method.
