微波消融在四肢骨巨细胞瘤合并病理性骨折治疗中的应用 被引量:6

Treatment of the extremity long bone giant cell tumors with pathologic fracture by microwave hyperthermia

摘要 目的评价四肢骨巨细胞瘤合并病理性骨折采取微波消融治疗术后的临床疗效。方法回顾2007年至2016年间7例四肢骨巨细胞瘤合并病理性骨折的病例进行微波灭活、骨水泥填充内固定术治疗。男1例,女6例,平均年龄31岁,Campanacci分期均为3期。对所有病例进行临床、影像学评估,观察有无复发、转移。以Enneking评分评估下肢功能,MSTS评分评估上肢功能,Cooney评分评估腕关节功能。结果随访时间12~66个月,未见复发及转移,除发生感染的1例外,其余膝关节周围术后Enneking评分平均为28分,上肢腕关节术后MSTS评分为30分,腕关节功能Cooney评分为80分;结论微波消融治疗四肢骨巨细胞瘤合并病理性骨折是一种良好的选择,远期效果有待进一步观察。 Objective To observe the treatment of the extremity long bone giant cell tumors with pathologic fracture by microwave hyperthermia. Methods From 2007 to 2016, 7 cases underwent limb salvage surgery by microwave hyperthermia. There were 1 male and 6 females. The mean age was 31 years. All 7 cases were of Campanacci grade 3. Clinical and radiologic examinations, MSTS scores and Enneking scores were evaluated. ResultsFollow-up ranged from 12 to 66 months. No local recurrence occurred. The mean Enneking score was 28; the MSTS score was 30; the Cooney score was 80. Conclusions Treatment of the extremity long bone giant cell tumors with pathologic fracture by microwave hyperthermia is a useful and reliable procedure, although the long-term follow-up is expected.
