镀锌钢在多种典型土壤环境中的腐蚀行为 被引量:13

摘要 通过现场试验(1a)并结合腐蚀形貌宏观观察,扫描电镜(SEM),失重法及X射线衍射(XRD)对镀锌钢在鹰潭、北京和库尔勒土壤环境中的腐蚀行为及机理进行了研究。结果表明:现场埋样1a后的镀锌钢的腐蚀特征为非均匀全面腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要由ZnO、Zn(OH)_2和Zn_5(CO_3)_2(OH)_6组成。试样在鹰潭、北京、库尔勒三种土壤环境中的腐蚀因土壤环境中pH和含盐量不同而不同,鹰潭土壤因pH低而腐蚀程度最为严重、库尔勒土壤因含盐量高而较严重、镀锌钢在北京近中性土壤环境中腐蚀最为轻微。 The corrosion behavior of galvanized steel in Yingtan,Korla and Beijing soil environments was investigated by burying test in nature field for 1 aand methods of macro-morphology,SEM,weight-loss testing and XRD.The results showed that nonuniform general corrosion occurred on the galvanized steel in the three kinds of soil.The corrosion products mainly consisted of ZnO,Zn(OH)2 and Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6.The corrosion of the samples in Yingtan,Beijing,and Korla soils varied with the pH and salt content of the soils.Samples in Yingtan soil had the most serious corrosion due to its low pH,and samples in Korla soil was also severe due to its high salt content,and galvanized steel had the slightest corrosion in the near neutral soil environment in Beijing.
