摘要
20世纪80年代以来,通过明确教师专业标准凸显教师职业的专业性、推动教师专业化发展,成为世界许多先进国家提高教师质量的共同战略。研究梳理了2001年至2015年我国体育学核心期刊中有关基础教育体育教师专业理念、专业知识及专业能力的文章91篇,以把握其研究成果对于体育教师专业标准的相关研究具有什么样的贡献与启示。研究结果表明:(1)缺乏基于体育教学实践的体育教师专业理念、专业知识、专业能力的实证性研究。(2)近15年的体育教师领域的研究成果,构建出了较为全面的体育教师专业理念、专业知识、专业能力的结构体系,今后在3个维度方面有待进一步分化、更为系统的研究。
Since 1980s, it has become a common strategy to improve the quality of teachers in many advanced countries in the world through clearing teacher professional standards to highlight the professional of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers. This study analyzed 91 scholarly articles on the professional concept, professional knowledge and professional ability of physical education teachers in primary and middle school, published in the 12 top kinesiology scholarly journals during 2001-2015 in China, and described published scholarly to determine the extent to which they contributed to the professional standards for physical education teacher. The research results show that: ①The empirical research based on physical education teaching practice of the physical education teachers' professional concept, professional knowledge and professional ability of is limited. ②The published scholarly during the latest 15 years constructed the comprehensive structure of teachers' professional concept, professional knowl-edge, and professional ability. And more differentiated and more systematic research of these 3 dimensions is needed in the future.
