摘要
为寻求简单、实用的露天矿排土运输优化模型与求解途径,结合昆阳磷矿实际生产环境,在其他影响因素相对确定的条件下,把运输费用的变化映射成运输能耗的函数,以各路线能源消耗最小为目标,构建了线性规划模型,并应用Excel规划求解工具,得到了最优排土策略,优化结果满足采剥地段时空量安排及排土场容量约束,运输总能源消耗节约2.3%。研究结果表明,在特定条件下,把露天矿排土运输系统简化为线性规划模型,采用Excel求解,其结果能很好的满足生产一线的应用需要,该建模与求解途径简单易用。
In order to pursue a simple and practical optimization model of dumping transportation and calculating method,combining with the actual production environment of Kunyang Phosphate Mine,a linear programming model was constructed.In this model,other influence factors were determined,the change of transportation cost was reflected as the function of energy consumption in transportation,and its aim was to minimize the energy consumption on all routes.Moreover,the Excel programming tool was used to optimize the dumping strategy.And the optimization results could satisfy the arrangement of mining-stripping time and space,as well as the constraints of dumping capacity.Ultimately,the total energy consumption of transportation could be saved by 2.3%.The research showed that under certain conditions,by simplifying the dumping transportation system in an open-pit mine as a linear programming model and using Excel to solve,the results could meet the application needs of production well,and the modeling and solving methods were simple and flexible.
